"Helpful staff, but the wait was annoying"
I went to Paint N Pour NYC with my sister, who uses a wheelchair, and I really appreciated how helpful the staff was once we got in. They made space for us, checked in without making it awkward, and overall made the experience feel easy and comfortable. The only frustrating part was the wait, it felt longer than it needed to, and we were definitely getting a little impatient. But once everything got going, we had a really fun night. I’d still go back.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about stopping by: this place was actually really clean. The tables were wiped down, everything felt taken care of, and it had a really nice, comfortable feel overall

"It turned out okay, I guess"
Finished my painting and... yeah, it was alright. Not terrible or anything. Just not quite what I had in my head. The colors looked nice at first, then after everything dried they seemed a little off. Kind of disappointing. But I did have fun while making it, so I’m not mad about it. Just mixed feelings, honestly.

"Easy and Smooth Booking"
I booked a paint night through paintnpournyc.com it was super easy. The website was straightforward, and I was able to pick my date and time without any hassle. I got the confirmation quickly too, which was nice. I really appreciated not having to call anyone or go back and forth. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I have no complaints.

"Super fun, but 100% rushed at the end"
This was a really fun class and the instructor was definitely nice, no question about it. The only thing is, we started late, and then by the end it felt like we were absolutely racing through the finishing touches. I still had a good time, for sure, but I’m completely convinced it would’ve been way better if the timing had been planned out a little more carefully.

For the price, I was a little worried I’d regret not giving it a shot. I’m glad I went for it because it turned into a really fun night and felt totally worth it.

"Easy check-in, but I felt a bit uneasy after paying"
Check-in was quick when we arrived. The staff found our booking right away and pointed us where to go, so that part was smooth. I did feel a little unsure after paying, like I was waiting to see if everything would actually go through properly, but it ended up being fine. The only small issue was it got a bit crowded near the door. Overall, it was still an easy experience

"Fun night, just a little cramped"
I went with a group of around a few friends, and overall we had a good time. The seating felt a bit tight, especially once everyone was settled in, and it probably took longer than expected to get someone’s attention when we needed help. Still, it was a decent night and we had fun for the most part...

"Fun night with better drinks than I expected"
I went with a few friends, the drink selection surprised me in a good way. Compared to other paint nights I’ve been to where the options are basic, this place had a lot more to choose from, and the drinks were actually good. It made the whole night feel more relaxed and fun. I’d definitely go back again.

I went with a few friends and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. It did start a little later than I would’ve liked, which was kind of annoying, but once things got going it was actually a good time. The music was fun and kept the mood up without blasting everyone out, and the host was genuinely funny. So yeah, despite the slow start, I have to admit it turned into a nice night out. I’d probably go again

"Surprisingly Helpful and Easy to Follow"
I’m definitely not an art person, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the painting guidance was actually really easy to follow. It made the whole process feel way less confusing and even kind of relaxing. For something that seemed basic at first, it ended up being super helpful. I’d use it again for sure.

"Really happy with the paints and brushes"
I was pleasantly surprised by these. The paints went on really smooth, and the colors turned out looking nice and vibrant. The brushes also held up better than I expected, even after using them for a while. Overall, I just felt happy with the quality and would definitely enjoy using them again.

"Cancellation was easy, but the info could’ve been clearer"
Canceling was simple once I figured out where to go, and the refund policy ended up being fair. That said, the communication around the steps wasn’t very clear, which was a bit annoying. It would’ve been a much better experience if the instructions were easier to follow from the start.

"Super comfy seats for a laid-back paint night"
I went to Paint N Pour NYC with a friend the seating was way more comfy than I thought it’d be. Like, I was expecting those stiff chairs you regret after 15 minuntes, but nope.

I’ve been to a few paint spots where you start shifting around halfway through, but here I felt fine the whole time. There was enough room too, so I didn’t feel all cramped up while trying to paint and not mess up my canvas lol.

It just made the whole night feel more relaxed and easy. Kind of a small detail, but comfy seats really do matter when your sitting there for a while.

"Helpful and Patient, Though Not Perfect"
They helped us out and didn’t make us feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It felt like they actually took the time to listen and explain things. That said, there were a couple of moments where communication could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

Went with a few friends and I’ll be real, I didn’t expect much because places always make their food sound amazing in that super polished promo way. But the food was actually really good. Everything came out fresh, tasted solid, and didn’t feel like those basic event snacks you get stuck with sometimes. We ordered a few things to share and all of it was worth it. Went here with a friend it was a good experience. The staff were super friendly and helped us get settled without making us feel rushed, which I appreciated. Check-in could’ve been a little faster, but it was fine, totally fine. Overall, we had a good time.

"Easy to find, but I wasn't totally sold"
Getting there was straightforward, which I appreciated. It’s close enough to the trains and not some weird hidden spot you have to hunt down. Inside, though, it felt a little cramped, and I couldn’t help wondering if the photos made it look roomier than it actually is. Overall it was fine, not bad or anything, but I wouldn’t say it was anything special either.
